We receive your invoice, packing list, and supply contract. We classify goods by HS code and calculate estimated duties and fees.
Declaration preparation
The broker completes the customs declaration (DT) with all details, codes, value, weight, and product description per EAEU standards.
Filing and release
The declaration is submitted electronically. If the inspector has no questions, release takes 1 business day. We accompany inspections when required.
Payment of duties
We transfer customs duties, VAT, and fees through our account (or the client pays independently). We hand over the completed documents.
